Presentation of Postural Chant.

Immersion

Over the course of the two days, you will lay the foundations for a new physical and psychological foundation, so that you can feel your own vibration descending and, ultimately, speak it consciously.

No theory to mentalize, but concrete experiences.

We will start by installing the base of the physical terminal: a curved basin.

We train this arched pelvis to hold and receive without flinching the vocal discharges that we voluntarily direct toward it. Little by little, it understands that its function is to absorb these charges in order to feed on them. Recharged by this energy that we knowingly send it, it is increasingly equipped to support us at all times.

Day by day, we will be able to build on your experience to go further.

Through daily individual adjustments, group activities, and question and answer sessions, you will consolidate your new foundation and return to it more and more easily, independently.

The connection between sitting, voice and presence will become increasingly concrete for you.

With an increasingly solid foundation, you will be increasingly able to let through and integrate the energy that needs to pass through you: you will establish your inner security.
