My name is Elisabeth Baile .

 

I am the founder of Chant Postural, a new discipline born from a decisive insight: arched sitting, ignored and misunderstood, is in reality a living foundation capable of supporting the human being in all its dimensions.

 

From this solid inner base can emerge the vibration of the voice, carried by the person themself.

 

This new propulsion becomes an organic force that passes through matter, reorders the body and generates an acceleration of internal growth .

We often strive to grow, to understand ourselves better, to live in a more aligned way. But if our structure isn’t clear, everything we do stands on unstable ground.

The human body is not just a shell — it’s a framework, a living system capable to hold a great amount of energy. This structure is the skeleton, and its point of balance is the pelvis.

When the pelvis regains its natural placement, through arched sitting, it becomes a living base that links consciousness and matter. This is where Chant Postural takes on its full meaning: by sending sound into this base, we connect the voice with its true function — to activate the structure through vibration.

The body becomes a living architecture, built to conduct and guide life.
