Since returning home to Las Vegas, I have been noticing subtle yet meaningful shifts in my being. My posture feels more supported and alive, as if my body has a clearer sense of vertical alignment. There is also a greater awareness of how I inhabit space - more presence, less effort.

What is most surprising is how the sound continues to resonate. At times it feels as if something is still unwinding and reorganizing internally, almost like the body is continuing the work on it’s own. There is a sense of openness and release that I did not have before.

I’ve also been using the anchoring phrase you shared. This is a powerful way to come back to myself throughout the day. It brings clarity and immediacy that I really appreciate.
